Guachipline is a self sustaining community where the number one priority is living in harmony with mother earth. A community that is self supporting on all levels, from the design of the layout of the land to the operations of all systems.
We respect mother earth as she is the provider. All construction is done with her in mind using only technologies that utilize the natural laws of nature. We welcome all Universities and inventors who follow our golden rule of ‘humans co-existing with nature’. Animals live free and protected with corridors designed to provide a safe sanctuary for them. Electricity is provided using only natural self sustaining resources. All construction – from roads to houses enhance the layout of the land. Community is how we live where we help each other and work with nature. The two main components of this community are the Foundation and Administration. The foundation brings forth new ideas and policies for a self sustaining way of living and the Administration is the implementation of the policies brought forth by the Foundation.
Investors will be the residents that have the same aspirations to be a community that provides a safe environment for everyone and living in harmony with nature.

The Guachipelin Tree is the center of the attention
The main entrance lives up to the name of the project by having a Guachipelín tree in the center of the roundabout surrounded by spheres organized in a specific sequence. The orientation of the spheres is revealed by the light that emanates in the direction of the tree at night. The size of the spheres is on a human scale, causing an impressive and timeless sensation. In the design, nature is truly represented by having the Guachipelín tree in the center and occupying the foreground, the spheres located in the background, but no less important, represent human work and finally, in the third plane, a screen of tropical vegetation completes the work.

A connection between sustainability and ancient cultures
The stone spheres found in Costa Rica were declared heritage in CR and many interpretations have emerged from them, in this project we have represented a set of spheres that we manufacture to symbolize the commitment of low impact over the environment.
